As I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for the whole trip. The staff, who can speak multiple languages, were so friendly and always ready to help, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel boasts a good restaurant where we enjoyed an à la carte breakfast each morning. Picture this: a beautifully presented spread of fresh pastries alongside my daily cup of tea, bliss! Plus, with free WiFi throughout the hotel, I was able to stay connected while unwinding. One of the standout features for me was the stunning spa and wellness centre. The sauna and year-round outdoor pool offered the perfect serene escape after a day of cycling around Luts'k. Each room is thoughtfully designed with air conditioning and soundproofing, allowing for a tranquil night's sleep, especially with bathrobes awaiting me after a long spa session. I can't recommend Makis Hotel Spa enough for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat - it's the ideal blend of comfort and wellness!
